TS 150 and TS 750

  • High probing accuracy of down to ±1 µm (with the T434 standard stylus)

  • High probing repeatability for very high measurement quality:

  • down to 2 σ ≤ 0.25 µm

  • Signal transmission via cable

  • Interface: HTL

  • Probing speed: 3 m/min (with the TS 750 touch probe: 1 m/min)

  • Protection rating: IP68

Uniform probing accuracy

The TS 750 uses high-precision pressure sensors, and the trigger pulse is generated via force analysis. The forces that arise during probing are processed electronically. This method delivers extremely uniform, 360° probing accuracy.

Very low probing forces

Due to its low probing forces of approx. 1.5 N (axial) and 0.2 N (radial), the TS 750 can attain high probing accuracy and repeatability with almost no effect on the measured object. The deflection forces of the springs take effect only between further deflection and machine stoppage.

High performance

Because the very first scanning point is a valid measurement, you can reduce repeated probing and non-productive time. High probing reproducibility, even at high scanning speeds, also reduces non-productive time.

Long-lasting accuracy

Even after five million probing cycles, the HEIDENHAIN workpiece touch probes are still highly accurate: with a probing repeatability of down to 2 σ ≤ 0.25 µm at a probing speed of up to 1 m/min, these touch probes deliver reliable measurements even after prolonged use.
