Chief Executive Officer
Susan Gregg has an extensive background as a medical practice executive as well as billing and management company business experience.
Susan is a recognized industry leader and speaks and writes on many topics for national healthcare management associations. She consults with software vendors and medical practices as well as performing billing operations audits. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and is a past president of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA). Susan has earned board certifications from the American College of Medical Practice Executives, the Radiology Coding Certification Board and the Healthcare Billing and Management Association. Susan graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
Kerry A. Tretheway, CPCS, CHBME
Chief Operations Officer
Kerry has more than 15 years experience in health care and is responsible for the internal operations at SMS.
Her information technology expertise is valuable in monitoring the staff and the system for billing quality assurance which has increased both the operational efficiencies and effectiveness at SMS. She also oversees the physician credentialing, licensing and privileging process for SMS clients.
Kerry is a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) through the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) and a Certified Healthcare Billing and Management Executive (CHBME) through the Healthcare Billing and Management Association. Kerry is a member of these organizations as well as the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA).
Robert R. Gregg
Chief Financial Officer
Rob is the Chief Financial Officer for SMS and is directly involved in business development including marketing and client relations.
He brings 14 years of health care experience to the company. He began his career with SMS as the IT Coordinator and has grown in experience through day to day interaction with systems, clients and the economics of their practices.Rob graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance. He is a Certified Healthcare Billing and Management Executive through the Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA) and is also a member of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA).
